Urban Social Coffee-Highbury Corner is a speciality coffee house, well known for great coffee and brunch since 2018.
We are looking for a super friendly, reliable and organised Manager with extensive speciality coffee skills and at least two years’ management experience.
You’ll be leading the FOH team with 2 supervisors, motivating and creating a good vibe environment.
Tasks:
Managing the FOH rota and motivating & training them
Collaborating with Supervisors and updating the Head of Operations when necessary
Choosing guest coffee from roasters all around the world
Managing stock and ordering mainly via Rekki and ensuring stock is rotated & meeting demand.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop & cleaning checklists are completed
Experience with all health + safety regulations & ensuring all documentation is completed
